PROVIDERS / PNW CHANNEL

The devices reach you when they actually fit your practice.

Northwest MedTech carries contracted medical technologies to the clinics, surgery centers, and health systems across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska where the patient population lines up with the product. Introduction, evaluation, ordering, and training all run through one channel — kept inside the manufacturer’s cleared materials, with no pressure attached.

01 · THE PATHWAY

Introduce, evaluate, order — in that order, at your pace.

No manufactured urgency, no pressure on a clinical call. We put a product in front of you, answer the questions off the manufacturer’s cleared materials, back the evaluation on your terms, and set up ordering only once you’ve confirmed the fit.

PR·01

The introduction

We bring a contracted device to the practices whose setting and patient population match its approved indications — a targeted introduction on product fit, not a territory blanket. Every conversation stays on the manufacturer’s controlled materials.

PR·02

The evaluation

We back the clinical and operational review — fielding questions, coordinating the manufacturer’s training, laying out ordering terms, and working through how the device fits your workflow. No purchase obligation, no inducement, no clock we set for you.

PR·03

Ordering and after

Once the product earns its place in your practice, we stand up the ordering path and stay reachable for reorders, questions, and operational support. Implementation and workflow notes — never patient data — go back to the manufacturer to improve the product.

02 · CARE SETTINGS

The rooms where our products belong.

We run to the settings that actually use the devices we carry. If your practice or institution sits in one of these and you want to know what’s on the current card, send a note.

CS·01 Clinics

Physician offices & specialty clinics

Orthopedic, pain, neurology, physical-medicine-and-rehab, and primary-care practices across the four-state footprint.

CS·02 ASCs

Ambulatory surgery centers

Procedure-driven rooms where staff readiness and operational fit decide adoption. We handle the logistics of landing a device in an ASC the right way.

CS·03 Rehab

Rehabilitation programs

Inpatient and outpatient rehab, physical-therapy practices, and specialty programs built around functional recovery and quality-of-life outcomes.

CS·04 Pain

Pain & interventional clinics

Interventional pain, neuromodulation programs, and chronic-pain practices where evidence-backed non-opioid technology belongs in the treatment mix.

CS·05 Systems

Health systems & hospitals

Institutional buyers and procurement desks weighing contracted technology. We carry the clinical, operational, and administrative steps a device needs to enter a system.

CS·06 Employer

Employer health & specialty programs

Employer plans, occupational-health programs, and specialty networks looking at technology for workforce health, rehabilitation, and quality of life.

03 · THE LINES WE HOLD

A distributor’s job, and nothing that blurs it.

We’re paid for distribution and channel work — never for referrals, utilization, or a clinical decision. Every provider interaction is held to the standards below, and they don’t bend.

Northwest MedTech does not pay providers for patient referrals, product utilization, or clinical decision-making.
Northwest MedTech does not make clinical recommendations, treatment decisions, or diagnostic assertions.
Northwest MedTech does not make clinical outcome claims, efficacy comparisons, or safety assertions beyond manufacturer-approved labeling and materials.
Northwest MedTech does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information through standard commercial workflows.
Northwest MedTech does not conduct charitable programs or use Foundation relationships as a commercial sales channel.

ASK WHAT’S ON THE CARD

Want to know what we’re carrying right now? Ask.

If you’re a Northwest practice or institution, send your specialty, care setting, and what you’re after — keep patient information out of that first message.
